Bridgerton Inspired Wedding at The Iron Manor in Montgomery, TX

I had the extreme joy of photographing the biggest wedding in my career at The Iron Manor in Montgomery, Texas. Avery and Cooper had an all-out whimsical fairytale wedding with soft, warm summer tones and an industrial modern venue in Texas. Since they both had 15 bridal party members on each side (yes, the biggest I’ve photographed yet - they were SO nice and were great listeners [cue applause]) we had to be pretty creative during our portrait time. Also huge shoutout to Avery & Cooper plus their bridal party, because they shared so many photos on their instagrams and tagged me properly - thank you crew!

Family is so important to them, so I had encouraged them to spend as much time as possible before the ceremony to give gifts, laugh, pray, dance, or do whatever they want. I kid you not, we spent at least two hours actively soaking in all the family moments, and there were so many beautifully shared emotions. It became a highlight of their wedding for me!

The Iron Manor is a stunning industrial venue, and it has the most beautiful bridal suite I have photographed. The girls were glowing in that room, and I would’ve been content photographing the entire wedding in that space but the venue only gets better! Truly a work of art, the grand ceremony chapel and courtyard ruins are out of a fairytale. Considering it was moodier, the natural light was still completely sufficient to create all the dreamy depth I love in my photos. This is the type of venue that you will never regret using for your event, and I encourage any couple to book them if you are getting married in Texas (and I would happily photograph a wedding here again!)

If you remember their faces, it’s because I shared their gorgeous engagement photos not too long ago! Couples who give me complete creative freedom have my heart (she literally told me to get allllll the moody vibes - score!), and I am so thrilled to share their wedding with you! Cheers to the Kimbroughs! ++
