Hollywood Boho Wedding at the Prospect House in Austin, TX
In early January, we had the pleasure of working a stunning Hollywood boho wedding at the Prospect House in Austin, TX. It was an incredible wedding, and was even featured on my favorite wedding blog, Junebug Weddings!
Our wildly lovely bride, Taylor with Taylor Made Style, is a fashion blogger in Nashville, and she’s beyond gifted in thrifting epic pieces - seriously, go check out her Instagram’s profile for all sorts of thrifting advice. She brought in various pieces for her wedding, as well as working with one of my favorite designers, Epoch Co+ Events, to add in vintage elements for her wedding. The old brass candlestick holders with the vibrant candle colors are everything - and there were hundreds of candles! Have you seen how much of a show-stopper Taylor was in her Rue De Seine gown?! The detailing was so romantic & bold, and the bridesmaids in ivory dresses was the perfect mix.
A little floral tip: Repurpose your florals for different points of the wedding day. Studio Tersilla constructed the wild & architectural floral designs, and we were able to use the ceremony pieces in the reception space. The vibrant earth toned florals really accented the candles, so the whole reception felt like an old Hollywood movie with modern touches. It was so lovely!
Cheers to the Hawkes! ++
