Vow Renewal at 12,000 feet
Jennah and Ryan celebrated their 10 year anniversary by renewing their vows in the Colorado Rocky Mountains on a warm summer evening! We drove up to a mountain pass and hiked only a short 10 minutes to find this beautiful area with epic mountain ranges, alpine lakes, and wildflowers.
This is what Jennah had to say about renewing her vows: “Ryan and I recently celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary reciting vows at 12,000 feet, surrounded by mountains and wildlife, while the sun was setting behind us. It was nothing short of magical. We promised each other on our wedding day that no matter how busy life got (and we thought life was busy back then 😂) that every 10 years we would take the time to celebrate our marriage with a vow renewal just the two of us…Thank you to @centurytreeco, you made this experience even more special than I ever imagined. We are forever grateful for these moments.”
Renewing your vows beautiful way to reconfirm your love and commitment to each other, and what better place to do it than in the gorgeous Colorado mountains?! You have the chance to reflect on your marriage journey together, to recognize the challenges you've faced, and the growth you've achieved as a couple. The Colorado mountains (in this case, Buena Vista) provide the perfect backdrop for your vow renewal ceremony. Can you imagine exchanging vows with the beautiful Rockies in the background and taking in the crisp mountain air? This alpine meadow took our breath away and just enhanced their experience.
While I help you find the perfect location, you could make your vow renewal as big or as small as you want. This vow reading here was only a few hours and she kept costs to a minimum (hair, makeup, hiring me to photograph her, and an amazing meal at the Surf Hotel) but if you wanted something more, we could easily adventure via helicopter, do an all day experience trekking around mountain tops, paddleboarding on an alpine lake, hot springs and amazing food tours. I’m just saying, let’s dream big and you’ll be able to find it all in Colorado!
