Laid-Back Casa Blanca Wedding in Austin, TX

Katie & Roberto married at the cozy Casa Blanca on Bushy Creek nestled on a gorgeous creek in Austin, TX. Their wedding was completely inspired by their love for their families, friends, and nature. You may remember their Austin engagement session from about a year ago, and Joe and I were long anticipating their epic wedding day!

The weather could not have been more perfect. Roberto was beaming when Katie met him at the creek for their First Look. Imagine two people feeling completely at peace - no stress or anything - and that’s how they were. The whole world took a pause for a moment when they embraced. Every First Look I witness, I learn something new about Love. Their First Look reminded me that despite all the things in this world - the good and the bad - you can go to your partner with complete confidence that they’ll bring peace to your life. It reminded me of how Joe loves me; he is the balance to my emotions!

Anywho, they prioritized people above all else, and made time to have conversations with everyone. The whole reception laughed uncontrollably or cried a bit during some point in the evening between the prayers, toasts, and conversations. We just loved DJing and photographing their wedding, and are so thankful for their marriage that will bring more love into this world!
