A Modern Anthropologie Wedding at The Meekermark Venue
Timber & Tanners wedding was so fun and laid-back, and they focused on spending more time together by having an earlier wedding + honoring everyone around them at their ceremony and reception. Their wedding was planned around loving people well with prayer, investing in all the small unique details and a that gorgeous bouquet, and embracing an attitude of “if something goes wrong, it doesn’t matter, because we are getting married and celebrating the name of Jesus.” That is who they are - generous, loving, relaxed, and down to party. You want Timber and Tanner to be your friends, trust me - they are some of the best people you will ever meet.
When I say that the Meekermark is the prettiest wedding venue, I am truly not joking. This venue is the best designed and aesthetically pleasing venue for an indoor or outdoor wedding in Texas. The bridal suite alone is worth booking the venue, but also the open air chapel will make you swoon for ages. Their indoor reception space is vey spacious, and the concrete floor with the 200 year old barn wood beams is the perfect palette to design the wedding of your dreams.
Willow Lane Florals was the perfect romantic touch for this Anthropologie inspired wedding. Her gown from BHLDN was unbelievably light and airy, so basically Timber was the ethereal goddess I love to photograph. Working with Amanda Stamper Events is such a breeze as well. She is so thoughtful and organized, and she makes everyone feel completely at ease. Fun fact, she coordinated our wedding four years ago, so we trust her completely!
If you are looking for a wedding venue, I can not emphasize enough how much you should consider the Meekermark. After photographing around 100 weddings, the Meekermark wedding venue remains at the top of my favorite places to photograph a wedding.
