A Texas Hill Country Winery Wedding

On an unusually warm October day in Schulenburg, Texas, Hillary & Bryce finally said ‘I do’ after 12 years of dating! Their wedding ceremony was at the Majek Vineyards and Winery and the reception at a local church to hold their 400 person reception - certainly one of the largest I’ve ever photographed! The owners of the winery were beyond kind, and they were so helpful and accommodating to Hillary and her girls. If you are looking for a retreat with delicious wine, this is the place! The reception was large enough to hold a huge amount of guests, which naturally led to one crazy dance party! Fun fact, Hillary can rap and she took center stage during the reception. It was one of my favorite moments of the wedding.

Hillary & Bryce’s wedding was a seamless collab of boho & rustic - full of lush greenery, massive blooms from Cuts of Color, and some sparkle to jazz up the reception! Anyone notice her gorgeous wedding dress with a 9 ft cape?! When I photographed her bridals, I got so giddy at her immaculately detailed Martina Liana wedding dress! Every time I have photographed Hillary (four times now - engagement, bridals, wedding, and after session!!) she has always looked sooo stunning, and got her hair and makeup done for these special occassions! I feel so honored to have been a part of their legacy - photographing their relationship for nearly two years. It is one of the greatest gifts to be able to invest in a couples story for such a long time. Cheers to the Sander family! ++
